Whether you are a family, with young children or adolescents, as a couple, with friends, students or retirees, you will find the furnished apartment you are looking for at Sagy Terre.
André, cross-country ski instructor and mountain bike instructor, competitor in these 2 disciplines, hiking enthusiast, will be of good advice to suggest the best route, according to your tastes, your abilities and the weather.
We are open all year round, all seasons are beautiful in Haut-Jura. Come and enjoy the off-season to recharge your batteries.
Our apartments are classified 2 *.
Rentals are generally made from Saturday 4 p.m. to the following Saturday 10 a.m. Arrangements of day, time and length of stay can be considered on a case-by-case basis with the owners.
Duration of stay: the tenant signing this contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.
We generally accept animals, for more details, see with the owners.
The rental amount is inclusive of charges: water, gas, electricity, heating, tourist tax.
To confirm the reservation, you must send us by return mail the completed, dated, signed contract, accompanied by a deposit of 25% of the rental amount, for late reservations, we will ask you for a deposit of 50% of the amount of location. Deposits are to be paid by bank or postal check or bank transfer or Holiday Checks. The balance is payable on arrival in cash, bank or post office check or Chèque Vacances.
Deposit to deposit upon arrival after inventory: 120 €, deposit which will be returned to you after inventory after your departure.
Sheets, household and bathroom linen rentals are extra:
sheets rental: 9 € / bed / week
bathroom linen rental: 3 € / person / week
linen rental: € 6 / week
Departure cleaning is your responsibility: possibility of cleaning fee 80 €
Plan to provide me with an insurance certificate, the customer being responsible for all damages arising from his act, you are required to be insured by a resort-type contract for these various risks (certificate to be given at the latest on your arrival )
